Taking Care of ME
Hey, I'm Shauna Pavone from Dandelion Momma. Join me in this podcast as I explore what "Taking Care of Me" means - I mean, what is self care anyway? What practices and strategies actually work? And how do I even begin to fit them into my already busy life??? We will attempt to answer these questions and more as we help each other ditch guilt and find the time to practice self care (whatever that looks like) to create a more enjoyable, calmer and present lives. I know we are busy and have a million things on the go and are drowning in our To Do lists, so we will focusing on small, sustainable steps to find self care practices and techniques that actually work!
