I struggled for years to figure out how to best calm my body when I was triggered, and this is the one technique that has stuck and worked for me in sooo many different scenarios. I share a mini hypnosis recording in the middle (13:00-19:40) that walks you through the exact steps I take. This technique uses an action, paired with you being in a calm state to help you immediately access your inner calm.
